Swoop collects information about you when you use our mobile applications, websites, and other online products and service (collectively, the “Service”) and through other interactions and communications you have with us. If you reside in or outside Indonesia, the Services are provided by Swoop PTE. Ltd., and this Privacy Statement applies to information collected and used by PT Teknologi Mobilitas Indonesia (Swoop) Scope and Application.
This Policy applies to passengers, agents, vendors, suppliers, partners (such as captains and merchant partners), contractors and service providers (collectively “you”, “your” or “yours”).

Information You Provide to Us

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create or modify your account, request services, contact customer support, or otherwise communicate with us. This information may include but not limited to your name, address, date of birth, occupation, phone number, e-mail address, bank account and credit-card details, gender, identification or other government issued identifier of our users and non-users in your mobile phonebook, health data, financial related information, and biometric information; including other information or data that can indirectly and reasonably be used to identify you — such as the serial number of your device.

Information We Collect Through Your Use of Our Services

When you visit or use our Service, we collect and store information about you, your computer or mobile device and your activities. This information may include, but is not limited to:

If you initially permit the collection of this information, iOS users can later disable it by changing the contacts settings on your mobile device. The Android platform does not provide such a setting.

Swoop does not share your personally identifiable information with third parties for the third parties’ direct marketing purposes unless you provide us with consent to do so.
